Overall, Poland recorded the highest proportion of jobless individuals aged 15 to 24 and Denmark experienced the opposite results. Another key observation is the unemployment rate by far exceeded these figures of total population in five countries.
In Poland, there were over 35% of jobless individuals aged 15 to 24, which more than double the figure for overall unemployment. Italy and Germany displayed the similar trend, with approximately 24% and 17% of young people unemployed. Meanwhile, the proportion of overall unemployment in both countries was pretty low, about 8
Germany showed a low rate of unemployed young people, just under 15%, which exceeded the total counterparts by 5%. Only 7% of young Germans didn’t have a job, and this figure for the total population was insignificant, under 5%.
