Overall, the percentage of population of cities that were not the largest two in Japan, New Zealand, China, and the USA were higher than the largest two cities. In contrast, the number of people in the UK and France were the opposite, while Germany had the same percentage.
Japan represented the largest proportion in both the largest and the rest of the cities, at approximately 37% and 40% respectively. The two sectors in New Zealand had a similar point, standing at above 5%, which was the lowest percentage of all seven cities. In contrast, China and the USA had a similar figure, there was a sharp difference between the proportion of the largest two and the other cities.
Additionally, the population in Germany stood at exactly 25% in both categories. The cities that were largest in UK and France made up 35% and 30% respectively, which was the second and third-largest percentage among all countries. In comparison, those in the rest of the cities in the Uk and France accounted for 20% and nearly 30%, which was lower than that the other category.
