Let’s start. From 1998 to 1999 prices in Britain were sharply falling, while in Australia it was vice-versa. There was a gradual decline in United States. During the period from 1999 to 2000 we can notice increases. Australia remained stable throughout the period, however house costs in Britain and America were rosing steadily. After this chart below illustrates sharp increase in Britain and Australia, USA is growing too, but not that rapidly. Between 2000 and 2002 prices in Britain climbed to 18%. In Australia prices started growing in 2001 and in 2003 they grew rapidly from 9% to 26% which is incredible, as we can see, it is still increasing. In USA housing stayed almost the same, just few differences: from 2001 to 2002 it decreased slightly.
