Overall, the process of in cyclonical and man-made recycling includes 6 stages before usable paper is ready. There are waste paper collection, sorting by hand, transportation, cleaning, de-inking and transferring to paper making machines.
Firstly, waste paper are collected from public banks and businesses. Next step is paper is graded and damaged paper is removed in order to be delivered to paper mill. One of the most stage is cleaning, and it consist of pulping and removal of other materials as staples and scotch. As cleaning is not enough for making a new paper, after cleaning inks and glues are removed from paper. The last stage is manufacturing of usable paper and this process is done by special paper making machine respectively.
In conclusion, by using waste paper to produce new paper, disposal problems are reduced. It can help for saving of water,electricity and air pollution.
