The given bar chart provides information about European surveys among young people’s predictions for the following 20 years in 5 different fields: communication between people, quality of food, water, air in cities, and health. They gave their opinion on what will enhance or what will worsen.
Overall, it is clearly seen that the highest percentage of expected good change was communication between people, while quality of air in towns was predicted to be the worst aspect.
In terms of improvements that were expected, communication between people reached 54 , while quality of food accounted for approximately a half, ranking the second highest rate. The quality of water and human health made up 40% and 42% , respectively. In contrast, quality of air in cities was the lowest figure at only 23%.
The area that was predicted as the worst is the quality of air in cities which maintained a high rate of three-quarters. The figures of the quality of water and health are broadly similar between 60-58% , and having only 2% of difference in both trends. The quality of food stood at 51% , while communication among people accounted for 46%.
