Overall, it is clear that calls from national landline had a dominance during the whole period, while mobile calls, despite showing the highest result at the end, were the least used until 2001. However, global calls remained almost steady with a slight rise.
Looking closely at two different categories, while Local calls began at the highest point, at 12, mobile calls almost were never used, marking at nearly zero; then, those, even though showing different volume in the scratch, reached a peak of 16 and mobile calls rose to 5 ,respectively, in 2001. Coming up to end of the period, national calls lost 8 of its user , but mobile calls attracted new users, with an amount marking a growth of 7. However, there was another call service allocated the slightest rise over the period, marking at 2.
