Overall, the proportion of Sabeco beer brand declined steadily over the period, while Carisberg consistently increased significantly. In contrast, Heineken, Habeco, and other brands fluctuated slightly.
In 2018, the Sabeco beer share accounted for 42%, although the next following years dropped sharply to 33.9%. On the other hand Heineken brand were approximately 34% in 2018, it climbed gradually to 45% in 2022. Then it again decreased steadily to around 43% in 2023.
In contrast, the proportion of Habeco beer fluctuated slightly at the end of the period. From the beginning to the end of the period, Carisberg beer market share rose slightly from 5.5% to 9.2%. Other beer markets share was just 7.4% in 2018, it fell steeply to 5.8% in 2022. However, at the end of the period, the market share again increased to 6.3% in 2023.
