The table provides information about the median life expectancy for people changed in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany and Sweden in three different years, 1900, 1950, and 1990.
Overall, the most striking point to note is that the average life expectancy of females was higher than male in every country and in three different time periods, and the most interesting point is that people of Sweden had the highest life expectancy increased for both men and women between 1900 and 1990.
Looking at the year of 1900 data set in more detail it is clear that the average life of Sweden holds the first position, with the number of 52.8 for male and 55.3 for female and Denmark came at second with slightly decreased for male and female of 51.6 and 55.8 respectively. On the other hand Belgium and Germany under 50 and Australia hold the lowest position with the number of 37.8 and 39.9 in 1900.
In 1950, all countries increased the number of average life expectancy above 60.0 and most interestingly Sweden held the first position continually for both male and female, with figures of 69.9 and 72.6 separately.
Finally with the flow of rise in 1990, without Denmark all four countries life expectancy was around 80.6 for female and 73.4 for male.
