In the year 1980, the passing percentage of men and women was 29% and 49%, respectively, where the women’s passing percentage was more than the men’s. Again, in the year 1990, the women’s passing percentage was more than the men’s, at 52% for females and 39% for males.
However, in the year 2000, women had the highest percentage of clearing the test, with a passing rate of 69%, compared to men with a rate of 49%. Additionally, in the year 2010, men’s passing rate was equal to that of the year 2000, but there was a slight reduction in the passing rate for women, with 63% compared to the year 2000.
