The bar chart illustrates the propotion of UK residents between 25-34 years old who posessed a home or rented from 2004-2014.

Overall, the British populaton’s group were allowing to afford a home was declining over the period, which opposite is an increased demand for rent acommodation.

The percentage of demand in home owners group from 2004 to 2014 were slightly decreased over the years. Speciality, in the year 2007, the number of people who interested in own a house has been rose up from around 55% to 57%, when compared to 2006. Beside that, between 2011 and 2012, the chart showed the stablized in how people demand in owned an accomodation.

Contrastly, renter’s group expressed the rocket trend in the others needed. However, on the ways of rising, there were two times the chart went opposite. In 2006 and 2012, the interested in rent a house go down around 2% compared to the previous year.
