In cheese production levels, the EU remained the largest producer at 7,120 metric tons, which was approximately ten times higher than the figure for Brazil, at 700 metric tons. The US recorded the second position in this category with 4,925 metric tons.
Turning to butter production levels, India dominated with 4,500 metric tons, nearly double the figure for the EU, at 2,040 metric tons. Meanwhile, the US had the smallest amount, just 810 metric tons. On the other hand, milk powder output was dominated by China, which produced 1,200 metric tons, slightly higher than New Zealand, at 1,110 metric tons. In comparison, the EU recorded the lowest output, at only 770 metric tons.
