The pie charts give information about populations of Yemen and Italy with different age in 2000 and projections for 2050.
Overall, Yemen had the more 0-14 years aged population in the past, however the15-59 age is predicted to become the largest by 2050 year. The population in Italy in the first year was more 15-59 aged but are predicted to get older over the future period.
To begin with 2000 year, in Yemen younger population made up 50.1% which was more between other ages, people with 15-59 old years showed 46.3%. Moreover, less quantity who lived there was in older population at only 3.6% . Followed by Italy, rate of individuls 15-59 aged had the most higher proportion with 61.6%, whereas 0-14 and 60+ aged years were almost identical with 24.1% and 14.3% respectively.
Regarding 2050 year, the proportion of people aged 15-59 in Yeman is expected to increase significantly to 57.3%, while the rate of 0-14 year old will decline to 37.0%. The percentage of the 60+ age group is also predicted to rise slightly from 3.6% to 5.7%. By contrast, proportion of individuals aged 60 and over will grow dramatically from 24.1% to 42.3%, whereas the figure for the 15-59 age group will fall to 46.2%. However, the percentage of residents aged 0-14 is expected to decrease slightly to 11.5%.
