The presented bar graph and pie charts display data on three types of activities preferred by people from 14 to 75+, dividing them into women and men residing in the UK in 2016. Overall, it is clearly seen that interests by gender were almost similar. However, the ratio between young and mature people demonstrated travelling was more preferable for them than for old people who chose gardening as main activity.

Furthermore, the proportion of studying made up a fifth between 14-24 ages and 35-75 ages. In comparison the segment of education contributed the lowest part (3%) but the gardening was the highest section by people 75+. At the same time this activity comprised the same results between 14 and 50 range of age which was equaled near to one in ten.
It is interesting to note that women and men had the same percentage of studying that was responsible for one third. In addition, the gardening was the largest segment for females and males (38% and 35% relatively). Alternatively, the travel activities were the least significant part for both of them.
