The charts give information about results of a survey for two groups of people: club members and the general public about three categories of a new theatre.
Overall, the majority of both groups represented positive feedbacks, with ” excellent” accounting for over 70% in all categories. Notably, club members were more sastified with the theatre’s facilities, while more impressed feedbacks could be seen in the information about the plays by the general public.
Regarding production quality and the information about the plays to the public, club members showed their opinions with 70% ” excellent”, which was relatively similar to the general public ( 67%). Rating production quality as poor in both groups was unnoticeable, just 13% and 15%, respectively. About the performaces’ information to the public, the general public evaluated this category higher than club members, with 88% comparing with 72%. The ” poor” feedbacks was negligible, just 5% and 2%.
Turning to the theatre’s facilities, 75% of club members rated as excellent, which was 20 percentage point more than the figure for the general public ( 55%). The negative feedbacks for this category given by the general public was 26%, being over twice as high as that for club members, at just 2%.
