Our system will evaluate the answer based on this AI-generated description.
The image features two bar charts titled "Renewable Electricity Generation in 2010" and "Renewable Electricity Generation in 2020", both with y-axes measuring "Terawatt-hours (TWh)", x-axes indicating "Country" (China, USA, Germany, India), and a "Legend" defining three energy types: Solar, Wind, and Hydroelectric. In the 2010 chart (y-axis ranging from 0 to over 700 TWh): China generated approximately 10 TWh Solar, 45 TWh Wind, and 715 TWh Hydroelectric; USA generated approximately 15 TWh Solar, 95 TWh Wind, and 310 TWh Hydroelectric; Germany generated approximately 20 TWh Solar, 42 TWh Wind, and 27 TWh Hydroelectric; and India generated approximately 6 TWh Solar, 23 TWh Wind, and 117 TWh Hydroelectric. In the 2020 chart (y-axis ranging from 0 to 1400 TWh): China generated approximately 265 TWh Solar, 470 TWh Wind, and 1355 TWh Hydroelectric; USA generated approximately 135 TWh Solar, 335 TWh Wind, and 320 TWh Hydroelectric; Germany generated approximately 52 TWh Solar, 135 TWh Wind, and 28 TWh Hydroelectric; and India generated approximately 62 TWh Solar, 68 TWh Wind, and 150 TWh Hydroelectric.

The bar charts reflect the proportions of electricity generated from three different renewable sources: Solar, Wind and Hydroelectric in four countries of 2010 and 2020.

Overall, Hydroelectric energy source is the main supplier of electricity for most countries in both years while Solar energy is the least.

There are 2 countries with the highest electric usage: China and USA. In China, the use of hydroelectric energy as source for electricity almost doubled the amount from over 700TWh in 2010 to a bit less than 1400TWH in 2020. In the USA, hydroelectric energy was also the leading source of energy with a 300TWh usage rate in 2010, but by 2020, wind became the major source of energy rising almost to 400TWh usage bypassing Hydroelectricity by a small difference.

Germany and India are the countries with low electric usage for both years. At 2010, Germany relied on wind energy as their primary electricity provider with a usage of less than 100TWh in contrast with India where they used Hydroelectric to use approximately 100TWh of electricity. By 2020, usage of electricity in both countries rose to almost 200TWh with the same source used from the year 2010.
