The pie chart illustrate the proportion of three different meal’s nutrients which may be unhealthy of we consume it too much. Three nutrients are sodium, saturated fat and sugar. In all nutrients dinner was the highest figure while the lowest was in breakfast.

Starting with sodium, it used highestly in dinnner which accounted for 43% which is equal to almost half of total proportion of sodium. In lunch sodium used 29% for daily consuming. In both, breakfast and snacks sodium used only 14% which was the lowest in the sodium proportion. Saturated fat also highestly used in dinner which accouned for 37% while, in lunch use for 26%. In snacks and breakfast saturated fat use 21% and 16% respectively.

Added sugar mostly used in snacks which accounted for almost 42% which can be consider 2/5 of total proportion. In dinner sugar used around 23% which is almost a quarter of total proportion. Sugar used in lunch and breakfast 19% and 16% respectively.
