This pie chart shows how the adults in the UK consume sodium, saturated fat and added sugar in their daily meals. Typically, breakfast is the lightest meal of the day, therefore they use 13 to 16 per cent of each nutrition. Also, they get food having less percentage of sodium than other nutrition. But for lunch they get a substantially higher percentage of sodium which is 28 per cent in number as it is 26 per cent of saturated fat and 20 per cent of added sugar.

Out of all the meals dinner contains significantly higher proportion of sodium saturated fat which is 42 per cent and 39 per cent respectively. Also, they get 19 per cent of added sugar for dinner while they are consuming a bit more added sugar with their snacks. As it compares to the other snacks include more added sugar which is 45 per cent with 17 per cent of sodium and 19 per cent of saturated fat.

Overall, adults get balanced and healthy meals for the first two meals, with predominantly higher percentage of sodium and saturated fat which raises concerns about their dietary health, but many added sugars include in the snacks.
