To begin with , most people in the US utilizes this nutrients and it varies depending on the time they are eaten.The consumption of Sodium is higher with a percentage rate of 43% during supper time compared to the other timelines where it’s uptake is 14% and 29 % .

On the other hand saturated fats are also used largely by majority of the Americans. In as much as this may not be good for health ,still Most people consume then at different degrees.In the evenings ,a greater population consumes this nutrient even though they have no more time to perform tasks that can help to burn down this fats and reduce the build up in the body.

In addition,added sugars have been discouraged since it can interfear with the normal physiology of the body systems,but it is still preferred by some people in the US. To expand on it, most view the adding of sugars as a way of boosting the sugar levels while others view it as a way of being in a certain class.Suprisingly, this habit will bring a great challenge ahead where a good number of people will have conditions caused by there sedentary lifestyles.

In conclusion, this nutrients are beneficial to our health if taken I as per the required amount, any deviation can impact the health status.
