Firstly, the intake of these nutrients for the breakfast is somehow lower. Breakfast is contained 14 percent of sodium. Consuming saturated fat and added sugar is a little bit higher which is 16%. As for the lunch, however, the percentage of consumption of these nourishments is pretty more than breakfast concerning Sodium and Saturated fat while added sugar is the lowest intake for the lunch time.
