Overall, it can be seen that consumption of these 3 unhealthy food for breakfast is quite lower as opposed to the other eating times. It is also interesting to note that eating added sugar for snacks is the most popular trend in the USA.

Firstly, the intake of these nutrients for the breakfast is somehow lower. Breakfast is contained 14 percent of sodium. Consuming saturated fat and added sugar is a little bit higher which is 16%.
