The pie charts illustrate the mean percentages in particular meals of three types of nutrients, which might have an unhealthy impact on person if consumed a lot.
Overall, a dinner dominated over the other meals of both with nutrients like sodium and saturated fat, however snacks took 1st place with added sugar. It is also visible that the breakfast share is around the same with all three nutrients.
Meals like dinner and lunch in nutrients like sodium and saturated fat share 1st place with around 40% and 2nd place with around 27%, respectively. However, these two meals don’t really have as much added sugar in them as in snacks, only 23% in breakfast and 19% in lunch.
Regarding the food types like breakfast and snacks they contained the same amount of sodium 14%, but the share of saturated fat differed in both at 16% and 21% respectively. Moreover, the aditional sugar in snacks with 42% is considerably higher than in breakfast which has litterally the same amount as in other nutrients
