Overall, it can be seen that people in USA consume nutrients of sodium and saturated fat in dinner while added sugar is mainly taken during snack meals.
Firstly, in most of the americans’ meals, the intake of high amount of sodium and saturated fat is done during the dinner and charts represent it as 43% and 37% respectively. Furthermore, in the lunch meal, one person consumes 29% sodium while saturated fat is used 26%.
However, when considering the usage of added sugar, most of this nutrient are used during snack meals and it is 42 as a percentage. Additionally, it can be seen that during the breakfast meal one person consume nearly 16 percents of nutrients and it is the only meal which uses less nutrients as well. Most amount of sodium is used during lunch meals and it is showed as 29 as a rate.
