Overall, dinner has the highest percentage of sodium and saturated fat while, the most portion of snacks is added sugar.
Breakfast and snacks have the similar percentage of sodium, both of them are 14%. Whereas, the latter and former saturated fat figure are a little different than sodium, which are 21% and 16%, respectively. added sugar margin in breakfast remain same as saturated fat margin. However, 42% of added sugar is for snacks.
The most parts of dinner consist of sodium with 43% and these for lunch is 29%. Dinner has more saturated fat than lunch with 37% and 26%, respectively. The figures of added sugar in lunch and dinner are approximately the same, by only four percent difference, dinner with 23% and lunch 19%.
