Overall it can be said that private car use was the most common at city A but poor public trasport become the most effected reason of traffic congesion in city B.

According to the chart, the percentage of private car was 45% in city A compared to 30% of city b. another significant cause is poor public transport which registered 25% in city A which incresed to 35% in city B. the proportion of accident and other reasons increase the same 5% in city B. There was a minimal decrease in roadworks which was 15% and it fall down to 10% in city A.

Over the anlysis of this chart the big difference is in two sectores those are poor public transport and private car use in those two cities.
