The charts display about how many European people who were affected by the noise from different sources, which happened during the day and at night in cities and countrysides in the year of 2007.

Generally, both high residential area and countryside are complained About the noise pollution which mostly came traffic on the road. Also the day time had more negative effects more than the night time in both areas.

Firstly, Industrial noise caused the fewest complaints according for only a small proportion of the total. Moreover, most complained are from the city and doesn’t harm the rural zone.

The people in city who are affected by the noise from the aircraft were around 5 millions people in both day and night time. While in the people in the residential area were not affected that much by plane noise only 2millions said about in day time and 1 millions in night time.

The city rail way system was called out by 10millions people in the day time. However the number of people who got interup by train at night are less than 2millions in the morning. Although rural areas still have some affected by train noise the people who complain are around 8millions in day time and 6at night time.
