Overall, most part of the world has been seen to consume largest amount of water for field work except North America and Europe, where it is seen to be used mostly for factories. Water for household activities is being used least in regions such as Africa, Central Asia, and South East Asia.
Europe seems to be in the first place to use water for the manufacturing process (53%), which is slightly higher than that in North America. Maximum use of water in sub-continents such as Africa, Central Asia, and South East Asia are seen to be for cropping which is 88%, 88%, and 81% simultaneously.
Central Asia and South East Asia consume the least water for households (7%) whilst Africa is seen to use 9% for the same agenda, which is slightly higher than those two areas. 19% of water is being used for the same purpose in South America which is the highest amount among all.
