In general, the amount of water used in agriculture in four areas is more than 70 percent.
The highest water used in agriculture is in central Asia and Africa, which are 88 percent and 84 percent, respectively. The least percentage of water consumption is in Eroup, which is about one third of the water used in Central Asia.
Europe consumptes more than 50 percent of its water in industry, where is the highest comsumption compared to other districts. Next area with highest amount of water used after Europe is North America, where is 5 percent less than Europe.
The percentage of water used in domestic part is the same in both South East and Centar Asia, which is 7 percent. Africa with only 2 percent more stand in the next step after Asia. South American uses approximately 19 percent of water source in industrial area, where is the highest amount compare with other areas.
