Overall, most of the learners are very happy with services although there are some situations that students arenot enjoyable with. Meanwhile, the result of the quite level remains nearly unchanged.
To begin with, the percentage of full-time students who definitely agree with current service hours and technical-issue support accounts for the most majored with 67% and 55% respectively.
