Regarding IT support, 55% of full-time students reported being very satisfied, while 32% found it quite satisfactory. Only 13% were not satisfied at all. In contrast, part-time students were less content, with just 20% very satisfied and 35% quite satisfied. A significant 45% of part-time students were not satisfied with the IT support.
When it comes to opening hours, a large majority of full-time students (67%) were very satisfied, and 32% found the hours quite satisfactory. Only 1% were not satisfied. Part-time students showed even greater approval, with 72% very satisfied and 23% quite satisfied. Only 5% were not happy with the current opening hours.
