The presented pie charts illustrate how satisfied students of a university are with two examined services. Overall, those who feel very content with IT guidance dominate the chart for full time student, while that of part-time students witnessed a reverse pattern. It is also apparent that the number of people who are satisfied with the opening hours take up the lion’s share for both of those two groups.
In term of IT support, most people who study full time have extremely positive feedbacks with 55% whereas only 13% of such group feel dissapointed. An opposite pattern is witnessed in the opinions of their part-time counterparts. Almost half of those students are not content while only one-fifth of the group feel very happy.
Regarding the proportions for the current opening hours, it is obvious that the bulk of students albeit different types very enjoy such service, with approximately 70% for both groups. In contrary, the percentages of those who find the openting time unsatisfied fall to negligible numbers with 1% for full time students and 5% for that of part-time ones.
