The most common reason is “Interest in subject” and according to the survey 40 adults stated continue their education for his reason. Following this “To gain qualifications” is the second reasons for adults to continue their education life. These two datas are almost fifty percent of all datas on motivation to continue education. Also 22 people continue to their studies because they think that it is helpful for their current job.
“To increase the chance of promotion” and “to enjoy learning/working” are the motivations of 20 people. For 12 people the reason was “to be able to change their jobs”. The remaining 9 people continue their education “to meet people”.
The other pie chart shows that how to adults pay their education costs. The most followed payment is individiual and prefered 40 percent people. The second most common type of payment is the reimbursement of education costs by employers and 35 percent adults indicated their payments paying by employers.
