The given pie charts illustrate the results of examinations in 2005 and 2009 asking workers about their relationships between their supervisors and their co-workers.
Overall, it can be seen that the overwhelming majority of workers had very good relationships with their supervisor and co-workers, as opposed to few workers who said that they didn’t have a supervisor, co-workers or had poor relationships.
Looking at the pie chart of relationship with supervisor, headed the list was the very good connection group with 61% in 2005, then it was a slight increase to 65% in 2009. What also stands out was the exactly identical figure of poor relationship in both 2005 and 2009, with 2%. Meanwhile, fair and good relationships with their supervisor between two years experienced a marginal decline of 2 to 4 percent.
Regarding the relationships with co-workers pie chart, very good relationships at 70% in 2009 was higher than 63% in 2005. Another striking figure at the bottom of the list was the workers who didn’t have co-workers, in addition, it had similar figures in both years about 1% and 2%.
