According to the people relationship with their supervisors, most of them had a very good connection on both years, moreover its increased from 61 percent in 2005 to 65 percent in 2009. The rest of the workers interviewed, mentioned that their communication with supervisor is good, for 26 percent of all respondents, 8 percent for fair, 2 percent for each poor and no answer and 1 percent for workers without a supervisor in 2005. In comparison in 2009 good relationships slightly decreased down to 22 percent, fair down to 6 percent. In the same time poor communication between workers and supervisor remained stable on the level of 2 percent. However the most crucial changed in 2009 was on category of “do not have a supervisor” it is increased up to 5 percent.

The second illustration shows pie charts, which describe relationships with co-workers, also in 2005 and 2009 years. More than the half workers had a very good connection with their colleagues, specifically 63 percent in 2005 and 70 percent in 2009. Then comes good relations, which insignificantly decreased from 28 percent in 2005 to 25 persent in 2009 year. The fair level aslo decreased from 7 percent to meager 3 percent level on the second year. Finally group of people which did not have co-workers, increased from 1 percent in the first year, up to 2 percent on 2009 year.

To sum up, most workers had very good or good relations with their superior or colleagues at work on both 2005 and 2009. In general the percentages were stable and diference was not general.
