It can be seen that there are a lot of people with different motives choose to study in the year of 2OO5, the results show that 40% of adults decided to go back to the seats of school because of their interest in the subject itself,others to get qualifications, this proportion represent 30%. For those who find it helpful for their jobs or to get promoted or simply because they find their happiness in studying are the statistics shows that they are 20 %. finally a small category opt for eduction in purpose of building relationships a 9% only, And 12% for a reason to be able to change their jobs.
It is evident that individuals are expected to pay the same amount of fees as the employers with just a slightly difference of 5% whereas taxpayers pay only 25 %
