Task 1
The bar chart and pie charts illustrates the average levels of participation in education and the highest level of educations of adults from 2000 to 2010 in Singapore.
The bar chart shows the average number of years spent at school from 2000 to 2010 in every even alternate year and differenciated into two categories of adults by gender. The adult male bars indicates the increase porpotionally with the the time period while the adult females bars were same in two initials even years and then up and down in alternate years.
The pie charts shows a significant difference in the year 2000 and 2010 categorizing into five stages from lowest to highest level of education in percentage in adults. In the year 2000 the leading number was of highschool education with 32.13 while it lessons up to 19.55 in 2010. The university qualification contributes only 8.3 in 2000 while a significant increase of 32.93 in 2010. Other then that masters qualification increases from 7.5 to 30.31 after the given period of time. The primary and secondary school qualification were 25.77 and 26.3 in adults in 2000 and after the time span in 2010 it was declined to 2.1 and 15.2.
