The pie charts illustrate the proportion of volunteers by organizations in 2008 and 2014.

Overall, educational recorded the largest proportion of volunteers at the beginning of the year, however environmental increased to the highest percentage at the end of the year. By contrast, health care accounted for the lowest percentage in both years.

Educational accounted for 24% of volunteers in 2008 and this figure dropped to 17% in 2014. While, environmental rose from 21% in 2008 to 29% in 2014. Followed by others, which made up 15% of volunteer, and this figure dropped slightly to 9% at the end of the year.
