Dear Mr. Johnson,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your decision about closing the company’s café.

I know that the cafeteria has recently faced some problems, preventing employees to use it frequently. Firstly, the cafe’s recipe is limited to a few of dishes, which have been repetitive for most employees.Furthermore, the chef cannot prepare the food quickly, and it takes a long time.

However, your decision will lead to some negative consequences for staff members. Indeed, the café is the only place in the company that employees can gather together and work on their same projects, so the closure of cafeteria will disrupt in group responsibilities. Also, if you close the cafe, the staff will be forced to leave the workplace for eating lunch and taking break, which will squander their time.

I know that if these circumstances continue, the company make a loss, but you can hire another professional chef and two other staff to accomplish tasks more quickly. Likewise, with having more members in the cafeteria, adding more food to the recipe will not be a serious issue.

I hope you reconsider your decision.
