Overall there are five steps, starting from collecting rainwater and ending with clean water being pumped to houses, in order to recycle rainwater.
At the plant, the water undergoes several treatments. First, large debris like plastic and rubbish is removed. Then, smaller particles, bacteria, viruses, molecules, and salts are eliminated in successive stages to ensure cleanliness.
After treatment, chlorine is added to the water at a concentration of 4mg / L to disinfect it. The purified water is then stored in large tanks. Finally, this recycled water is redistributed for various uses, including household purposes, under sunny conditions.
