The diagram illustrates how a home smokery system works to make smoky foods.
It is clear that there are three main stages involved in the process with three main rooms that are related to each other.
As can be seen in the first step, the fresh air leads to the first room which is under the ground and there is a lid on the top of it. After that, the air goes through the next room which is also under the ground and there is a fire in it that the logs keep on to turn the fresh air to the smoke which there is a need for the next room.
The last step is in the ground room which is filled with foods such as fish and meat. We can also see there is a box on the top of the room so that the meats can be hung from it.
