The diagram compares and contrasts the process of manufacturing olive oil.
It is apparent that there are 7 distinct stages of the process, commencing with picking olives and finishing in the storage and sale step.
To begin, the olives, which are the raw materials of this process, are manually harvested. Before being swifted on a conveytor to the next step, the olives are rinsed with cold water to remove dirt. Then, the clean olives are smashed; as a result, they are obtained in 2 different forms which are olive paste and olive stones.
The process then moves on to the next step, in which the olive paste is put into bags with holes so that it can be delivered straightforwardly. Next, the olive paste is pressed; thereafter, it is separated into water and oil. Eventually, olive oil, which is the final product of the manufacturing process, is stored and sold.
