Overall, as can be seen, there are 7 different steps in this process, beginning with olive being collected and ending being distributed to the different storage and sale.

It could noticed that first of all, olive was collected and put into different kind of baskets. Secondly, put the olive into the olive washer machine and rinsing the olive with cold water after that the olive fruits was smashed by a special equipment then being sorted to olive paste and olive stones.

In the next stages, the olive paste was put into bag with holes. Following this the bag was pressed by unique apparatus before being separating into oil and water. The final step, the oil and water was distributed to storage and sale
