The diagram illustrates the process of producing instant coffee, from the intial collection of coffee beans to the final pacakaging of the product.
Overall, it is a linear process consisting of several stages. The coffee beans are first dried and roasted before being ground. After that, they are treated in hot water and then frozen and dried again. Finally, the finished instant coffee is packed into jars.
Initially, coffee beans are picked and fried in the sun. Once they are sufficiently dry, they are then roasted and rapidly cooled. The roasted beans are subsequently ground into small granules.
In the next stage, the coffee granules are mixed with hot water, and resulting mixture is strained. The liquid is then frozen, after which the frozen coffee is ground into smaller pieces. These pieces are placed into a vacuum, where the reamined water is removed through drying. Finally, the dried coffee granules are collected and packed into jars, which are then ready for sale.
