The diagram illustrates the Process of generating electricity from a hydroelectric power station.
It is clear that the Process of generating electricity from a hydroelectric power station is a cyclical process, which consists 2 different stages and some infrastructures itself, from high-level reservoir to low-level reservoir.
At the first stage of the process, the water is deposited from River to high-level reservoir through a dam. The dam is opened during the day and closed at night. Then the water is flowed from high-level reservoir to low level reservoir at day time to manufacture electricity. After that, during at night, the flowed water is pumped up from low-level reservoir to high-level reservoir.
At the second stage of the process, the turbine is used by the flowed water, that comes from high-level reservoir. And then, the flowed water is produced electricity by generator in day time. Afterward, the produced electricity is sent national grid by power lines. Finally, during night time the remained water againd pumped up to the high-level reservoir Thereby, the Process begin again.
