The diagram illustrates the process of extracting oil in the manufacture of perfume.
Overall, the process of extracting oil includes two main stages. The first stage is to process raw material from a plant and the second is to create essential oils for perfume.
In the first stage, water is boiled in hermetic pot by a fire. After boiling, the amount of water turns into steam through a long pipe. Then, the steam moves under aromatic plants, which creates a chamber in the middle. Steam and oil vapor are generated after steam being handled through special plants. In the second step, the whole steam and oil vapor are transferred through a condenser to a water jug, which is mixed both cold and hot water inside. Subsequently, this liquid mixture with essential oil is filtered to create essential oil, which is held in two distinct sites of separator. Finally, hydrolat is formed after a lot of steps.
