The diagram illustrates the process of bricks being manufactured.
Overall, the process consists of several stages, beginningw with the extraction of clay and ending with the delivery of packaged bricks.
Initially, clay is dug up from the ground. Next, it is put on a metal grid, to filter out any other materials. Once the clay is filtered through the metal grid, it is either moulded or cut into bricks. After shaping, the bricks are placed in a drying oven, where they are kept for approximately two days. Once the bricks are dried up, they are placed in a kiln at high temperatures, ranging from moderate, 200 to 980 Celsius degrees, to high, 870 to 1300 Celsius degrees. The bricks are then moved to a cooling chamber, where they are stored for two to three days. Eventually, the bricks are packaged into blocks, from where they are moved into trucks for delivery.
