The image show the making process of bricks. The manufacturing of bricks are mainly occurs in two parallel steps. The first step is digging of clay from earth crust while the second step is Kiln.
Overall, the production of bricks starts with the excavating soil by excavator from the earth surface. After shoveling clay from earth surface, then it passed to roller for separating metal grid or other waste materials form the soil. After the purification of soil. The water combine with soil for giving shape or structure of bricks to it.
Then the soil passed to wire cutter to cut the soil in the shape of bricks. After the cutting of bricks it passed to drying oven for 24 to 48 hours. After drying,it goes to kiln.Bricks heats on moderate temperature 200oC to 980oC.Then it heats on high temperature of 870oC to 1300oC.After the heating process of bricks it goes to the cooling chamber and stored there for 48 to 72 hours.
Hence,After these all procesess the bricks become ready for packing and delievery.
