Overall, the process consists of 7 stages, beginning with collecting clay and ending with delivering the finished bricks.
Initially, clay is collected from the ground. Then, the clay is crushed by a roller and passed through the metal grid. Following this, the clay is mixed with sand and water. At this stage, the mixture is moulded into bricks using a wire cutter. After this, partially finished bricks are transported to a drying oven for approximately 24-48 hours. Subsequently, the bricks are sent to a kiln with two sections. The temperature in the first section is moderate, approximately from 200C to 980C, while the second section has a high temperature, from 870C to 1300C. The bricks are then placed in a cooling chamber for around 48-72 hours.
Finally, the finished bricks are packaged and delivered to the final destination.
