Our system will evaluate the answer based on this AI-generated description.
The image is a labeled diagram of a steam distillation setup; 1-Fire, 2-Water, 3-Steam, 4-Aromatic plants, 5-Steam+Oil vapor, 6-Cold water, 7-Hot water, 8-Water mixed with essential oil, 9-Essential oil, 10-Hydrolat (aromatic water). It shows a flame heating water in a flask, generating steam that passes through a container with aromatic plants, carrying the oil vapor into a condenser, where cold water cools the vapor into a mixture of water with essential oil, then separating them in a separator, collecting the essential oil and hydrolat separately.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

The diagram illustrates how essential oil is made in perfume industry.

Generally speaking, oil vapor, which origins from steaming aromatic plants is a foundation of the essential oil. The production of this particular type of aromatic oil is complicated and demands over ten different steps.

First of all, water has to be boiled, then it evaporates and is being send by a special tube torwards aromatic plants. After getting through these plants, steam starts carrying some oil vapor in it. It enters a condenser, which is a glass tube placed between a hot water on top and a cold water on the bottom, it allows vapor to condensate on its walls ant transform back into the water.

However now, this water is mixed with the essential oil which issued from oil vapor. Last step of the processus finds its place in the separator, where logically essential oil is getting separated with aromatic water, more specifically a so called hydrolat.
