First of all the the harvested orange fruits are brought to the factory by a specialised transport truck, then the oranges are graded and quality checked along with it they boil the oranges using water as a medium which helps them to peel the skin aswell wash the dirt which are stuck on the fruit. Furthermore the skin peeled oranges are sent for water washing, from there it’s carried to the grinder by the roller conveyer belt. Now the byproduct from the grinder results in two components, the rich orange fresh juice and the solid waste, the solid waste are given as animal feeds for the cows. Furthermore the fresh juice takes two turns half of them are packed in an airtight container and are sent to local markets, however the other half are filled in an container and is transported to an evaporation unit where the the juice is heated to >100 degree celsius to seperate water to form a concentrated orange juice, from there it’s the concentrate are canned and transported to a large warehouse, from there it is sent for additional process to prolonge it”s flavoura and the life expectancy by adding some water artificial sweeteners, then they are packed and sent to local markets for sale.
