overall, paper cycled making process is containing four main steps to recycle which are making pulp, filtering, cleaning step and making paper as well respectively. Each four mentioed steps are included mostly three substeps utill at the end recycled paper is made.
At first step, used paper in the boxes go onto the rolling belt into the tank that contains water and chemicals. Then the saturated paper go through pipe as solvent to the next step in the process of making recycled paper. Papers are filtered in this step and paper item separate from unpaper items in a container.
Cleaning step, paper item pipe out and added to open mouth container cantaining water soap, ink also is poured in the container. In addition, air pump connected at the bottum of the tank to add air and papers send to another container via pipe in opposite of airpump which has water chemicals in it. Cleaning step is complete after piping out cleaned paper item to the final step of making recycled paper.
Finally, item cleaned paper goes on the rolling machine contain water at bottum and at the top has flactuated heating rollers and recycled paper is made after received to the last heating roller in the from of paper roll.
